Spectrophotometer, software and process together: the same color language from laboratory to production.
A color measurement system consists of a spectrophotometer that measures color numerically and color management software that compares the measurement with the standard, manages tolerance and calculates recipes. The aim is to judge color independently of the person, repeatably and on record.
Argetek's system combines Konica Minolta spectrophotometers with ColorMission, Turkey's first and only domestic color software; it works with spectrophotometers of all brands.
More than 200 facilities, from textile and dyehouses to automotive and architectural paint, manage their color processes with Argetek solutions.
Konica Minolta spectrophotometers; the benchtop CM-36d series and the portable CM-23d.
ColorMission: recipe calculation and correction, quality control and tolerance management, international color-card archive.
Installation, commissioning and user training are carried out by the Argetek team; a service network covers Turkey and abroad.
The standard (target) color is measured with the spectrophotometer and saved in the software.
The laboratory or production sample is measured under the same conditions.
The difference between sample and target is calculated as ΔE and compared with the tolerance.
Within tolerance it is approved; otherwise ColorMission corrects the recipe.
When the measurement system is combined with dosing, the recipe is passed to the machine (AutoMission, DoseMission); on the fabric line, ShadeBar monitors color and QualityBar-Cam monitors fabric defects in real time. The same color language is kept from the laboratory to shipment.
